Bio: Poul Henningsen (1894–1967) is internationally renowned as an architect, cultural critic, and especially as a lighting designer with his iconic PH lamps. In the 1930s, he briefly collaborated with Royal Copenhagen on a series of simple, functionalist ceramic forms in clear glazes. These works are today rare and highly sought after by collectors of Danish design and ceramics.
