Danish pendant in opal glass and brass

Description: Length 60 cm.
Diameter 15 cm.
The lamp is in mouth blown opal glass and solid brass.
It is from the 1960s.

Opal glass is a double glass. The inner layer is a mat of white glass reflecting the light of the bulb while the outer layer is clear glass that scatters the light and gives the lamp a nice finish.

The brass sticks are screwed through the glass and into the suspension with the socket in.
The lamp is in good original condition. No chips. But a minor superficial hairline crack at one of the brass sticks.
