Description: Smaller plate or dish from Meissen, Germany, made about 1900 Decorated with dragons in red! Metal Decoration on the edge. Not silver stamped! Metal Edge is possibly due to repair. The dish is factory mark on the bottom. 3 cm high and 15 ½ cm in diameter.
